a Horse Bearing Antlers

22 March, 2016

Heros Square, in Budapest, features one of the more ferocious looking Horses the Author has ever seen.  Kitted out with pointy, multi-pronged antlers on either side of his muzzle (what animal could those possibly have come from?) this fellow looks ready to battle.

His rider is Huba, one of the seven Magyar chieftains who led the Magyars to modern day Hungary in around A.D. 896.

That is remarkable indeed. I have never seen a horse with antlers.
