Wheel Table (a rather literal title)

Here We have, as the Title suggests, a table with wheels, upon which the Author stumbled in a rural idyll of Holmenkollen, Norway.  But how does One keep the table from rolling away, taking your kjøttkaker, herring and grovbrød with it?
