Another Payphone of Note: Boston’s Chinatown edition
29 January, 2013
The Author stumbled across this charming telephone box in Boston’s Chinatown.
Feel free to compare Boston’s Chinatown with Philadelphia, London and Budapest. The Author would be quite interested to hear people’s preferences. Her vote is on Philly being the most popular.

I vote Philly for the best expression of street energy but worst for rain exposure. One presumes that the covered phone booth INSIDE a subway in Budapest would be the dryest spot to make a call.
I liked the Hungarian one!

Budapest: Classiest
London: Button Up iest
Boston: Tackiest
Phila: Edgiest
I love all of these comments! Thank you. My personal favorite is Philly–although I have affection for all of them (except Boston, maybe. Tacky indeed, Da Dork).
